In principal there are four Financial Links:

• Franchise fee
• Launch fee
• Management service fee
• National Marketing fee

Franchise Fee £19,500 plus VAT. This Fee is for the right to operate the Fit-ex services within your territory. The fee covers:The legal rights to use the Fit-ex name. The provision of a comprehensive operations manual. Establishing your territory.

The Launch Fee £3,000 plus VAT
This relates to the cost of devising and implementing a tailor-made launch programme using a combination of local press advertising and your bespoke marketing pack personalised for you and your territory.

Management Service Fee 12½% reducing to 9%.
This relates to the continuing use of the name, the ongoing management support and day-to-day advice.

National Marketing Fee
This is fixed at 2% of your monthly turnover which is contributed into a fund for national marketing such as advertising in Yellow Pages or website search enhancement. The fund is administered by elected Franchisees.

Your agreement

There are two other key elements of a Fit-ex franchise:

• The Territory

It also gives you the right to use:

The Fit-ex brand name

The Fit-ex logo and vehicle livery

Our systems and method of operating the business

Our know-how and intellectual property

Our free call 0800 telephone number

We also recognise the importance of the internet, so through our online system you will be given your own Fit-ex web site and e-mail address.

Your agreement is for 5 years and can be renewed at no extra cost.

Your Territory

As a Fit-ex fitter you will be given the rights to a specific territory. This territory will be large enough to develop your business into a management business with numerous vans.

12 Month Buy Back Guarantee

Follow our Fit-ex Operational systems and processes and we will guarantee that you will recover your full Fit-ex Franchises Fee within 12 months of starting it or we will take your franchise back and pay you the difference between what you paid and what you have earned.
